Bright and comfortable apartment, located a few hundred meters from the center of Colmar, its calm and its terrace overlooking a green park make it a pleasant place to live in the heart of an Alsatian city rich in history and looking to the future.
Comprising two bedrooms, one with a large bed (160X200) and the other with two beds (90X190), a bathroom and two toilets, it can accommodate four people. Baby essentials are also at your disposal.
For your meals, you will choose the spacious kitchen with all the appropriate equipment (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, pierrade, grill, fondue, wok, etc.), the modern dining room or the terrace, both overlooking the park.
After long walks and discoveries in the heart of Colmar (Unterlinden Museum, toy museum, house of heads, Khoïfhus…), the Alsatian vineyards and/or towns (Ribeauvillé, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg…), castles (Haut-Koenigsbourg, Hohlandsbourg …), you will relax in the living room equipped with leather sofas, a large screen television, a library or in the garden furniture on the terrace with Wi-Fi available.
Your car or your bicycles, motorcycles will be safe in a garage in the basement of this small residential building. In order to make the most of your stay, household linen is provided (sheets, bathroom linen, dish towels, etc.) and cleaning is included in the rental.

Our house, completely restored recently, comfortable, will allow you to immediately feel at home. We provide bath towels, household linen (except for the baby bed), kitchen utensils, cleaning products as well as everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Our cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Cleaning is carried out once a week. (and before and after each rental).
Provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, liquid soap and shampoo.
However, the tenant must himself maintain the premises in a good state of cleanliness and in particular wash and put away the dishes in their original place.
The house is non-smoking and our animal friends are not allowed.

Cancelation
